Dear Equestrian Participants,

I regret to inform you that due to budgetary restrictions Equestrian Activities have been postponed for Estrella War XXVIII.  I am currently discussing future needs for equipment and land for these activities and hope to have solutions for future Estrella Wars.  I appreciate your understanding as we, the war staff, move forward and should you have suggestions for this particular activity please contact the Estrella War Mains at mains2012@estrellawar.org .
