Admission Fees, Pre-Registration, and the Front Gate
Everyone attending Estrella War XXVI (February 8-15, 2010) must pay an entrance fee (called a Site Fee), and complete paperwork for the SCA and the property owners. The amount that you pay to attend, and the paperwork you need to complete when you arrive varies depending on:
- Whether you are an adult, youth between the age of 9 and 17 yrs, or child up to and including 8 years old.
- Proof of SCA membership (non-members may attend, but pay a slightly higher entrance fee).
- The day of the week you arrive.
- Whether you are pre-registered (attendees who use PRE-REGISTRATION pay their site fees before the event to get a discounted entrance fee and early entrance to the site).
